I am an old resident of Davis Road, Cooke Town, Bangalore and we never had a water problem in our area. But for the past 3 months the supply from BWSSB has been very minimal .In fact water supply is only once a week and in trickles Hence I have decided to dig a borewell in my house to supplement the BWSSB water supply.I have shown my site to a water Diviner and he told me that at a particular point in my house water will be struck at 150 ft. How accurate is the prediction of water diviners or do we have to take a second opinion?
Secondly is it possible to do chain drilling by parking the drilling vehicle outside the premises as in my house there is no provision for the vehicle to enter as it is a small house and what is the solution for the same.
Is the chain boring good enough? What is the approximate cost assuming we dig 200 ft.
