Borewell discharge very low - Is it worthwhile in investing in a new pump? Is there a way to increase the water depth of 10ft?

Dear Sir,

We had a 120ft borewell drilled 30 years back & installed a 1.5 hp jet pump. Initially we were getting good water but for the past few years the discharge of water started lowering and is presently giving an output of only about 80 liters of water per hour.

Yesterday I measured the depth of the borewell & the depth is only 90 ft & 10 ft of water out of it. The depth of the bore is now at 90 ft the balance part is covered of by silt. I think we tested it last time around 10 years back and that time also the depth was 90 ft. The reason we feel that there was silt when we dug the borewell & it would have covered up during the initial stages & later it is stagnant.

Our water requirement daily is 1000 liters. Need advice on the following.
A - Can I put an alternate pump which will give me better discharge of water & could you help me with the approx discharge I will get if I use the suggested pump.
B - Is it worthwhile in investing in a new pump or shall I continue with the old 1.5 HP Jet Pump itself which was installed 20 years back & expect be happy with what I am getting now.
C - I feel the source is decent as never we had a empty discharge. Its only the quantity of discharge is less. (I might be wrong as it is just an assumption)
D - If I go for a compressor pump will it work fine as the depth of water is only 10ft & will it give a clean water?
E - Is there a way to increase the water depth of 10ft? we will not be able to re-dig the borewell as after digging the borewell we built a garage & the borewell is indoor now.
F - Will it make sense to buy a new jet pump itself? Is there a chance that since it is become old the capacity would have gone down?

Awaiting your fruitful reply at the earliest as we are facing a huge water issue.
