Borewell depth of 350 feet went dry six months back in Bangalore, recently found water at 90 feet - Can we pump this water?

Hello,

Borewell depth 350 feet deep and it went dry 6 months back in Bangalore. When we lifted the motor to check the water level we found water upto 90 feet high from the base.

Would like to know if it is okay to use this borewell on a daily basis and is the water sufficient to provide for 15 flats.
