Need solution for muddy water and motor choking in borewell after blasting

We have a borewell of 260 ft. Last summer it nearly dried up, so we blasted the borewell. Three blasting were done at 100 ft & 190 ft after which the water level increased. Now after the rainy season, we are facing the issue of choked motor and muddy water. Three times we got our motor serviced and have cut the pipe from bottom at 100 ft. Now our bore suction pipe is only 150 ft deep in bore. Our bore well has water at 5 - 8 ft only and can be seen from naked eyes. What can we do to overcome this problem? Can we drill a new bore just adjacent to this? If yes, at how many feet next to the existing bore well?
