I have seen several post about the availability of rainfall data (monthly / yearly). I am looking for some thumbrule values for rainfall intensity (average and max) and soil permeability in the following locations. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bangalore Rural
Coimbatore

Pune
Mumbai
If there are any sources for the same (other than IMD) please let me know.
