I am tracking districtwise rainfall data since 1970.
Would like it know if geographical boundaries are constant across districts or do they vary with time as new districts were formed?
For example, Gondiya was formed from Bhandara in 1999 and shows rainfall data since 1970. Would Bhandara rainfall account for the present geographical area of Bhandara in showing rainfall in 1970?
