What should be the parameters of water to be used for construction ?

Please let me know if the water with below parameters suitable for construction

pH - 7.47

Total hardness as caco3 - 850 mg/ l

Total dissolved solids - 2154 mg / l

Total alkanity - 400 mg/l

Sulphates - 674 mg/l
