The Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), an established research and advocacy institute needs Senior Researchers for its programme on clean air and transportation, to do high quality policy and technical research, interact with policy makers, scientists & other target groups and develop networks and campaign.

Description:
CSE, a leading environmental research and advocacy institution invites applications for the position of Director – Institutional Development.

The Director, Institutional Development, will be responsible for developing institutional development goals and strategies to meet these goals. This work will include working in close collaboration with senior programme staff and board members to identify institutional and programmatic growth pathways and concomitant funding strategies. Developing partnerships, collaborations or other forms of working relationships to advance organisational goals will be a key part of the work.

We are looking for someone to bring in new ideas, innovations and energies for evolving strategies for institutional development. The position requires a high degree of interaction with other programme leaders to communicate fund-raising goals and mentor others to raise and manage financial resources. A key requirement will be a high degree of personal commitment and work ethics. Experience in managerial and organisational work with good communication skills is essential.
