Description:
Visthar, Bangalore has been facilitating this workshop for the past three years and this has been well attended and well received among NGOs, Civil Service Orgnisations(CSOs) and other Charitable Orgnisations(COs).
Why is this workshop needed?
Every one involved in community action has the responsibility of ensuring that their limited resources are used effectively while implementing programmes. However basic financial management skills are often lacking and financial accountability too often gets side-lined during programme implementation.
