UNESCO will be organizing a week long training program on Low Flow, Drought and Climate Change in Thimpu Bhutan in April 2010. Applications are being solicited from qualified female/male engineers/practitioners from India with preferably Masters degree in Hydrology, civil engineering or related discipline. UNESCO will provide funding to cover RT flight (economy), full board and lodging at 3* accommodation and course material.
The trainers will be from CEH, Wallingford and NVE Norway among others.
