Description:
The Council has announced a one-week annual training programme on the subject of resettlement management. The broad objective of the training programme is to build capacity and awareness of resettlement planning and management issues confronting development projects that involve land acquisition and resettlement of the affected population. It has been planned keeping in view the training needs of senior/middle level government officials, industry managers, NGOs, academics, and also those working on internationally-funded projects.
