Description:
The course covers the standard two week International Permaculture Design curriculum. This course will be an opportunity for participants to personally deepen in their understanding of ecological and social foundation of permaculture. Participants will be learning about the various design aspects and how that will help create sustainable, productive farming systems using natural ecosystems as models. There will also be discussion on the changing climate and how to prepare for the unfolding climate crisis. Through experiential, participatory, field‐based and classroom learning, participants will explore the relationships between personal, social and ecological sustainability during the course.
