The Centre for Public History, Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore, in association with the British Council, is pleased to announce a one-day conference titled “Oral History and the Sense of Legacy”. The conference will have invited presentations by experienced practitioners on key issues within oral history methodology.

The discussions will focus on the importance of this methodology in the Indian context. There will also be poster sessions that showcase the oral history work done by individuals, institutions, NGOs and corporate.

Registration fee:

  • Delegates from corporate houses: Rs. 1000/-
  • Delegates from academic institutions/NGOs/individuals: Rs. 750/-
  • Students and research scholars: Rs. 500/-
