Ion Exchange Services Ltd (IESL), the leader in providing services for any make and type of water and waste water treatment plants, announced the launch of ‘Containerized Water Treatment Plant’ on rental basis for supply of treated water. This unique, first of its kind service in India will be offered to industries and institutions across diversified sectors such as pharmaceuticals, breweries, food & beverages, hotels, hospitals, software technology parks, to name a few. Announcing the launch, Mr. Dinesh Sadasivan, said “The significant advantage for customers in utilizing this service on a rental basis would be availability of treated water with no capital investments, thereby enabling them to focus on their core competency without having to worry about maintenance of this unit. Also, since this unit would be operated & maintained by competent IESL engineers, onsite and through remote monitoring, they can be rest assured about the quality and quantity of water”.
The ‘Containerized Water Treatment Plant’ by IESL consists of a 10m3/hr Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Demineralization (DM) plant. The treated water from this unit can be used for drinking as well as industrial and institutional requirements such as boilers, cooling towers, certain industrial processes, various institutional applications etc. The functioning of this unit would be monitored on a 24 X 7 basis, with IESL technical team Remotely Monitoring the critical parameters of the unit, from their corporate office in Bangalore. The unit will be remotely monitored using a SIM based data acquisition system, to ensure availability of quality water continuously.
“This service is intended to enable customers to meet their water requirements during breakdown of their existing water treatment units, changes in currently available water quality, occasional requirements of higher quantity of water, temporary requirement of fully functional water treatment units during industry/institution site completion stages, water requirement for exhibitions/ events, standby water treatment unit during existing plant maintenance, and any other such temporary requirements”, added Mr. Sadasivan
